No date movement for India in February 2023 Visa Bulletin

The U.S. State Department has released the February 2023 Visa Bulletin which is the fifth Visa Bulletin for the fiscal year and there is no movement in dates for India’s employment or Family based visa in “Final action date” or “Dates for Filing Employment Visa Applications.”

USCIS also has warned introduction of cutoff date in F2A category.

“FAMILY-SPONSORED SECOND PREFERENCE VISA AVAILABILITY

Number use in the F2A category has remained steady throughout FY-2023 and it may be necessary to establish an F2A final action date as early as March to keep number use within the annual limit. This situation is being continually monitored and any necessary adjustments will be made accordingly.”
